Graduates of public or registered private senior secondary schools or equivalent institutions who have been admitted through the NYCU open enrollment process.

Graduates of domestic universities or independent colleges accredited by the Ministry of Education, or foreign universities recognized in accordance with Ministry of Education regulations, who have been admitted through the NYCU open enrollment process.
