Local Students (本地學生)

Graduates of public or registered private senior secondary schools or equivalent institutions who have been admitted through NYCU open enrollment process.
Graduates of domestic universities or independent colleges accredited by the Ministry of Education, or of foreign universities or independent colleges recognized in accordance with Ministry of Education regulations, who have been admitted through NYCU open enrollment process.

Overseas students (境外學生)
